We’re excited to announce our new Premier Partner program—highlighting our top-performing warehouse partners in the network.
Here at FLEXE, we get the opportunity to work with a lot of great warehouse partners. Now, we’ve created a way to recognize them and a new level of transparency into our partner data.
Every warehouse provider in the FLEXE network undergoes a vetting process before it can be listed in our marketplace. During that process, we assess providers’ certifications for security and safety, their tenure in the industry, as well as the types of storage space and services they offer.
The FLEXE Premier Partner program recognizes warehouse partners who have not only passed our vetting process with flying colors, but have bid on and completed projects with customers, and repeatedly delivered exceptional customer experiences.

For our retailer and brand customers, the Premier Partner program provides more transparency and makes it easier to identify which warehouse partners have attained Premier status. When searching for space, the Premier Partner badge is visible near the listing. This level of transparency helps our customers make faster, more-informed decisions about which partners to use.

The Premier Partner program recognizes warehouse partners on an annual basis. It highlights warehouse partners that have:
Premier Partners continually demonstrate the ability to take on varying projects with different types, scopes, and handling requirements. Regardless of requirements, a Premier Partner executes every project with efficient, thorough operations and services.
Premier Partners are champions of the FLEXE platform, and actively use it to provide real-time transportation and inventory updates to customers.
Premier Partners are assessed on an ongoing basis. Those that qualify year after year, are partners that continually exceed our standards and quality metrics.
For our warehouse partners, the benefits of this program are:
- Premier status is visible in the FLEXE marketplace. Those that have the Premier Partner badge are easier to recognize in Search and the Warehouse Detail page, and will lead to more projects
- The Premier badge signifies a level of trust. It’s something our partners have earned over and over again—making them ideal partners for our customers
- Premier Partners will gain early access to new features on the FLEXE platform and the ability to provide feedback

Plus, the FLEXE platform tracks everything you need for fulfillment.
