What’s your role at Flexe? #
I’m a Human Resources Coordinator on our Human Resources team. I onboard our new hires and guide them through their first few weeks with Flexe. I answer any HR questions our current employees may have and assist the Human Resources Business Partner under the Tech and Business Group.
Before Flexe, I worked as a Human Resources Assistant for a property management company, and I completed my Certificate in Human Resources Management at Cal-State Fullerton.

From my first day with Flexe, my manager asked me about my goals—and how I want to shape my HR career. My goal: become a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). She immediately shared useful courses and tools to help me understand the role. She also set recurring monthly meetings with Flexe’s HRBPs so I can learn and ask questions.
I now work with my own HRBP to gain experience in a hands-on way. I’m trained in a role I want and really see Flexe’s investment in my future career.
