We seek a talented Marketing Project Manager to join the Flexe Marketing organization. This position reports directly to the VP, Marketing and is a core contributor to the Marketing team. The Marketing Project Manager supports high-visibility initiatives from creation to execution of internal and external events, planning, budget and more. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, effectively coordinates resources, schedules and drives deliverables across teams.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, coor­di­nate and exe­cute logis­tics of inter­nal and exter­nal Flexe events
  • Main­tain con­tin­u­ous con­tact with stake­hold­ers, coor­di­nate resources and dri­ve over­all project success
  • Proac­tive­ly devel­op, imple­ment and mon­i­tor process­es that improve cross-func­tion­al align­ment, effec­tive­ness and decision-making
  • Coor­di­nate and man­age ven­dor rela­tion­ships for brand­ed mate­ri­als in sup­port of inter­nal, cus­tomer and part­ner relationships
  • Dri­ve project man­age­ment excel­lence with­in the Flexe Mar­ket­ing team
  • Oth­er rev­enue and Mar­ket­ing spe­cif­ic projects as assigned

Does this sound like you?

  • 5 – 7 years increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ties in Project Man­age­ment, Mar­ket­ing or relat­ed field with­in busi­ness-to-busi­ness tech­nol­o­gy industries
  • 2+ years expe­ri­ence in Mar­ket­ing Project Man­age­ment, events man­age­ment, ven­dor man­age­ment or other
  • Has the high­est expec­ta­tions and atten­tion to detail
  • Expe­ri­ence and com­fort in high ener­gy, ambigu­ous envi­ron­ments where tac­ti­cal and strate­gic activ­i­ties are dri­ven in parallel 
  • Abil­i­ty to think strate­gi­cal­ly and imple­ment ideas from ideation and devel­op­ment to mea­sure­ment and evaluation
  • Abil­i­ty to trav­el up to 10%
