Finance Manager, GTM

What you'll do:

• Devel­op a deep knowl­edge of Flexe’s busi­ness by work­ing with our sales team, strat­e­gy man­agers, and com­pa­ny leadership.
• Own, main­tain and update Excel-based rev­enue fore­cast­ing mod­el and asso­ci­at­ed reporting.
• Ana­lyze month­ly finan­cial rev­enue and non-finan­cial sales data to assess and com­mu­ni­cate per­for­mance against tar­gets. Work with stake­hold­ers to explain vari­ances, iden­ti­fy trends and rec­om­mend actions.
• Com­mu­ni­cate and coor­di­nate with var­i­ous mem­bers of the orga­ni­za­tion to ensure accu­ra­cy of sys­tems and reporting.
• Iden­ti­fy areas to improve com­mu­ni­ca­tion between sys­tems, auto­mate reports, and process­es — result­ing in greater accu­ra­cy and efficiency.
• Exe­cute process improve­ment ini­tia­tives to completion.
• Devel­op con­struc­tive, col­lab­o­rate rela­tion­ships with busi­ness partners.
• Be the trust­ed busi­ness advi­sor for leaders.
• Per­form ad hoc busi­ness analy­sis and oth­er activ­i­ties as needed.

Does this sound like you?

• Bach­e­lor’s degree, or equiv­a­lent experience
• 8+ years of pro­gres­sive expe­ri­ence in FP&A pro­fes­sion­al roles, focused on rev­enue fore­cast­ing, evi­denc­ing strong busi­ness acu­men and abil­i­ty to work well across dif­fer­ent functions.
• Pri­or expe­ri­ence in high-growth, start-up com­pa­nies preferred.
• Strong knowl­edge of per­for­mance metrics.
• Expe­ri­ence com­mu­ni­cat­ing finan­cial data to non-finan­cial leaders.
• Expe­ri­ence build­ing and main­tain­ing com­plex reports and mod­els in Excel
• Self-direct­ed with expe­ri­ence design­ing and own­ing a process end-to-end
• Abil­i­ty to bal­ance many things at once and han­dle the most crit­i­cal issues in a time sen­si­tive man­ner with a high degree of accuracy
