The Flexe Business team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Flexe to help define, build, and expand Flexe’s Logistics Programs. Flexe Logistics Programs are distinct products that offer our customers solutions in Storage, Replenishment, and Fulfillment. These Programs help Flexe customers to improve their supply chain across business line, size, or product.
You will be driving consensus while finding a path forward to deliver a roadmap that everyone can rally around in our fast-paced organization while working with a team of other hardworking and driven professionals. You will partner closely with Product & Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Revenue Operations to prioritize and execute against the roadmap. Candidates should possess a natural curiosity about how the industry and business operates, and want to become the “glue” and pivotal connection between various stakeholder teams. 

What you'll do:

  • Col­lab­o­rate with Engi­neer­ing, Sales, Mar­ket­ing, Oper­a­tions, Finance, Ana­lyt­ics, and Legal to build a roadmap to pro­vide long-term val­ue to Flexe customers 
  • Craft the long-term vision for fea­tures need­ed to sup­port Flexe Logis­tics Pro­grams and build a work­ing back­wards plan to achieve it 
  • Con­duct pri­ma­ry and sec­ondary research to inform the direc­tion of Flexe Logis­tics Programs 
  • Advise and inform the exec­u­tive lead­er­ship team on key invest­ment areas for the Company 
  • Work with engi­neer­ing and prod­uct teams to deliv­er on a robust roadmap and ensure oper­a­tional excel­lence in soft­ware deployments 

Does this sound like you?

  • 8 years of expe­ri­ence in Prod­uct Man­age­ment in high-growth companies 
  • MS in Sup­ply Chain or MBA preferred 
  • Abil­i­ty to deliv­er results in an ambigu­ous environment 
  • Expe­ri­ence set­ting and deliv­er­ing on a tech­ni­cal roadmap 
  • Expe­ri­ence lever­ag­ing pri­ma­ry and sec­ondary research to inform busi­ness strat­e­gy and direction 
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing and col­lab­o­rat­ing with senior lead­er­ship teams in a fast-paced, cross-func­tion­al organization 
  • Strong strate­gic, ana­lyt­i­cal and orga­ni­za­tion­al skills, includ­ing devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of met­rics, mod­els, sys­tems and processes 
  • Excel­lent writ­ing, visu­al, and presentation/​communications skills 
  • Abil­i­ty to clear­ly and sim­ply artic­u­late ideas, fram­ing prob­lems and solu­tions sim­ply for audi­ences with vary­ing lev­els of financial/​business acumen
