We are seeking a talented Sales Enablement Marketing Manager to join the Customer Programs team. This position reports to the Manager, Customer Programs and works with the Flexe Account Management team to develop sales collateral, including strategic customer facing presentations, directly impacting customer revenue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer who wants to work strategically with Account Managers on retention and growth of existing accounts.
What you'll do
- Support the revenue process with customer content creation and programs, specifically increasing the conversion rates of upsells and cross-sells
- Partner with the Account Managers to develop persuasive sales content, case studies, 1:1 presentations, proposal materials, and a world-class Quarterly Business Review program
- Work with Product Marketing to create customer-specific sales and support tools, including presentations and proposals
- Develop a deep understanding of vertical industries to align messaging and marketing programs
- Drive continuous improvement by ensuring feedback from Account Management is collected, synthesized, and shared with the stakeholders, and appropriate action plans are developed and executed
- Own roll-out and communication of new, relevant content to the Account Management team
- Manage sales material content in Seismic (content management platform) for onboarding of new account managers
Does this sound like you?
- 3+ years increasing responsibility in Sales and/or Account Management
- 5+ years experience in B2B Product / Solution Marketing, Sales Enablement, and/or Field Marketing
- Proven success in marketing roles requiring extensive interaction with sales and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
- Best-in-class presentation, proposal, and sales material creation skills
- Excellent writing skills
- High sense of urgency, desire for excellence, and positive attitude
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms, PFL and Seismic
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve sales efficiency
- B.A. degree or equivalent
- Requires travel and/or in person work
