We seek a talented Product Marketing Manager to join the Flexe Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this first of its kind role is responsible for the development, packaging and launch of Flexe data, market insight, network optimization and logistics strategy products. The Product Marketing Manager will deeply understand customer and prospect challenges, the market and key data sources as well as Flexe’s market insights, analytics, network optimization and data strengths. This role is focused on supporting Flexe’s go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to compose powerful selling stories, and aligning with Marketing Communications and Demand Generation to promote the narratives that advance Flexe’s leadership position in the marketplace.
This person must be able work effectively with other Flexe teams including sales, marketing, data and analytics, network development & strategy. In addition to strong writing, visual and analytical skills, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in the technology or logistics industries.

What You'll Do:

  • Part­ner with sales, mar­ket­ing and strat­e­gy teams to deeply under­stand cus­tomer and prospect challenges
  • Deeply under­stand the mar­ket and third-par­ty data sources that Flexe can lever­age to ana­lyze and pro­vide action­able insights
  • Deeply under­stand inter­nal data sources and analy­sis, and derive insights from them
  • Pack­age, posi­tion and launch Flexe owned data, insights, strat­e­gy and ana­lyt­ics products
  • Build offer­ing mes­sag­ing and com­pelling visu­als for use in mar­ket­ing, sales pre­sen­ta­tions, thought lead­er­ship and man­age­ment communications
  • Inform Flexe’s go-to-mar­ket strat­e­gy based on insights and learnings

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Min­i­mum of 5+ years of increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ty in mar­ket­ing roles with expe­ri­ence in mar­ket­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions, mar­ket research, prod­uct mar­ket­ing or mar­ket­ing analytics
  • Strong pas­sion for under­stand­ing cus­tomer require­ments and mar­ket dynamics
  • Abil­i­ty to craft a com­pelling sto­ry both ver­bal­ly and graph­i­cal­ly using mul­ti­ple inputs and data sources
  • Cre­ative, ana­lyt­i­cal self-starter with nat­ur­al intel­lec­tu­al curiosity
  • Pos­sess a high sense of urgency and a strong desire for excellence
  • Proven suc­cess in mar­ket­ing roles requir­ing exten­sive inter­ac­tion work­ing cross-func­tion­al­ly in a fast-paced, high­ly dynam­ic environment
  • Sup­ply chain and/​or logis­tics expe­ri­ence a strong plus
  • Min­i­mum Bach­e­lor’s Degree plus rel­e­vant experience
