We seek a talented Sr Manager, Marketing Communications to join our Marketing organization. This position reports to the VP Marketing and is a core member of the Marketing leadership team. Marketing Communications owns the development and execution of end-to-end brand communication strategies that drive awareness and engagement across owned and earned channels. The ideal candidate is a creative, world-class writer with uncompromising quality standards and can motivate a team to consistently deliver high quality communications.

What you'll do
- Lead a team of experts across content marketing, PR, design and culture / employee marketing
- Drive strategic communications direction and execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Own and extend the Flexe brand (visual identity, voice, tone) and develop materials and tools that ensure consistent application across Flexe
- Position Flexe as the supply chain and logistics thought leader through data-driven content and media
- Collaborate with the Flexe leadership team to establish an executive presence / voice program
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing communications through digital analytics, awareness metrics, and other key performance indicators
- Partner with key Marketing stakeholders to drive exceptional customer and partner experiences across digital and analog touchpoints
Does this sound like you?
- 10 – 15 years increasing responsibilities in Marketing, Marketing Communications, PR or related field within business-to-business technology or logistics industries
- 3+ years experience managing Marketing or Marketing Communications teams
- World-class writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view on complicated topics in crisp, concise communications
- Exceptional creative skills including visual identity development, material creation and brand direction
- Has the highest expectations and attention to detail
- Experience and comfort in high energy, ambiguous environments where tactical and strategic activities are driven in parallel
- Ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation and development to measurement and evaluation
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
