The Flexe Business team is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join Flexe to help define, build, and expand Flexe’s Logistics Programs. Flexe Logistics Programs are distinct products that offer our customers solutions in Storage, Replenishment, and Fulfillment. These Programs help Flexe customers to improve their supply chain across business line, size or product.  
You will be driving consensus while forging a path forward to deliver a roadmap that everyone can rally around in our fast-paced organization while working with a team of other hardworking and motivated professionals.   You will partner closely with Product & Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Revenue Operations to prioritize and execute against the roadmap.  Candidates should possess a natural curiosity about how the industry and business operates, and want  to become the “glue” and pivotal connection between various stakeholder teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the end-to-end own­er of a port­fo­lio of new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties includ­ing: oppor­tu­ni­ty iden­ti­fi­ca­tion and pri­or­i­ti­za­tion, strate­gic plan­ning and finan­cial mod­el­ing, test­ing and scaling. 
  • Col­lab­o­rate with Engi­neer­ing, Sales, Mar­ket­ing, Oper­a­tions, Finance, Ana­lyt­ics, and Legal to build a roadmap of new busi­ness oppor­tu­ni­ties to pro­vide long-term val­ue to Flexe customers
  • Pre­pare and present updates and strat­e­gy to the exec­u­tive team and board of directors
  • Advise and inform the exec­u­tive team on key invest­ment areas for the Company
  • Own the cre­ation and exe­cu­tion of plans to test, pilot, and man­age oppor­tu­ni­ties at scale.

Does this sound like you?

  • 10+ years of expe­ri­ence in Prod­uct Man­age­ment, Pro­gram Man­age­ment, or Busi­ness Con­sult­ing in high-growth companies
  • Sup­ply chain/​logistics experience 
  • MS in Sup­ply Chain or MBA preferred
  • Abil­i­ty to deliv­er results in an ambigu­ous environment
  • Expe­ri­ence lever­ag­ing pri­ma­ry and sec­ondary research to inform busi­ness strat­e­gy and direction
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing and col­lab­o­rat­ing with senior lead­er­ship teams in a fast-paced, cross-func­tion­al organization
  • Strong strate­gic, ana­lyt­i­cal and orga­ni­za­tion­al skills, includ­ing devel­op­ment and imple­men­ta­tion of met­rics, mod­els, sys­tems and processes
  • Excel­lent writ­ing, visu­al, and presentation/​communications skills
  • Abil­i­ty to clear­ly and sim­ply artic­u­late ideas to exec­u­tive and board lev­el leaders
