Flexe is hiring a Compensation Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting Flexe’s compensation programs, helping drive innovative solutions as Flexe continues to grow. This role has the opportunity to lean in on broad based compensation, equity programs & rewards. The Compensation Analyst will report to our Director, Total Rewards.

What you'll do:

  • Sup­port evo­lu­tion of com­pen­sa­tion pro­grams at Flexe through analy­sis and review of mar­ket data to devel­op the next gen­er­a­tion of strate­gic com­pen­sa­tion pro­grams to sup­port the growth of the company.
  • Per­form analy­sis on pay mar­ket posi­tion­ing, salary struc­tures, and pay mix­es to ensure mar­ket com­pet­i­tive­ness to sup­port over­all com­pen­sa­tion strategy
  • Sup­port ana­lyt­ics & build mod­els to inform com­pen­sa­tion pro­gram design, com­pen­sa­tion deci­sions as well as fore­cast and ana­lyze com­pen­sa­tion outcomes
  • Build and main­tain com­pen­sa­tion relat­ed report­ing and tools that sup­port inter­nal part­ners and processes
  • Part­ner with Tal­ent Acqui­si­tion, HR Busi­ness Part­ners, FP&A and man­agers on com­pen­sa­tion ques­tions and issues. Includes sup­port­ing pro­mo­tions, lat­er­al moves and review­ing new roles.
  • Sup­port the quar­ter­ly Option Grant approval process
  • Sup­port on-going efforts to improve process­es to devel­op effi­cient & accu­rate process­es while ensur­ing appro­pri­ate stake­hold­er vis­i­bil­i­ty & involvement.
  • Pro­mote an under­stand­ing of com­pen­sa­tion philoso­phies, prac­tices and admin­is­tra­tion through­out the admin­is­tra­tion by act­ing as a resource to inter­nal part­ners and assist­ing with devel­op­ment of proac­tive communication.
  • Sup­port Semi-Annu­al Com­pen­sa­tion Review process through assist­ing with plan­ning, devel­op­ment of tools and resources to sup­port deci­sion mak­ing and part­ner­ing with inter­nal stakeholders.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bach­e­lor’s degree, or equiv­a­lent experience
  • 5+ years of pro­gres­sive expe­ri­ence in Compensation. 
  • Pri­or expe­ri­ence in high-growth, tech­nol­o­gy com­pa­nies is preferred.
  • Demon­strat­ed com­mand over com­pen­sa­tion fun­da­men­tals includ­ing job match­ing and mar­ket pric­ing, equi­ty mechan­ics, and pro­gram design
  • You are an Excel expert. 
  • Google sheets exper­tise preferred!
  • You have strong ana­lyt­i­cal skills with the abil­i­ty to effec­tive­ly inter­pret data and cre­ate mean­ing­ful, under­stand­able mod­els, reports and metrics
  • You have a growth mind­set – you’re con­stant­ly think­ing about how to work smarter, and take on the next challenge
