Flexe is hiring a Compensation Analyst to support our rapidly growing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting Flexe’s compensation programs, helping drive innovative solutions as Flexe continues to grow. This role has the opportunity to lean in on broad based compensation, equity programs & rewards. The Compensation Analyst will report to our Director, Total Rewards.
What you'll do:
- Support evolution of compensation programs at Flexe through analysis and review of market data to develop the next generation of strategic compensation programs to support the growth of the company.
- Perform analysis on pay market positioning, salary structures, and pay mixes to ensure market competitiveness to support overall compensation strategy
- Support analytics & build models to inform compensation program design, compensation decisions as well as forecast and analyze compensation outcomes
- Build and maintain compensation related reporting and tools that support internal partners and processes
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, FP&A and managers on compensation questions and issues. Includes supporting promotions, lateral moves and reviewing new roles.
- Support the quarterly Option Grant approval process
- Support on-going efforts to improve processes to develop efficient & accurate processes while ensuring appropriate stakeholder visibility & involvement.
- Promote an understanding of compensation philosophies, practices and administration throughout the administration by acting as a resource to internal partners and assisting with development of proactive communication.
- Support Semi-Annual Compensation Review process through assisting with planning, development of tools and resources to support decision making and partnering with internal stakeholders.
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Compensation.
- Prior experience in high-growth, technology companies is preferred.
- Demonstrated command over compensation fundamentals including job matching and market pricing, equity mechanics, and program design
- You are an Excel expert.
- Google sheets expertise preferred!
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports and metrics
- You have a growth mindset – you’re constantly thinking about how to work smarter, and take on the next challenge
- You pay attention to detail, and deliver high-quality, error-free work products
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs
