We seek a talented Sr Manager, Marketing Communications to join our Marketing organization. This position reports to the VP Marketing and is a core member of the Marketing leadership team. Marketing Communications owns the development and execution of end-to-end brand communication strategies that drive awareness and engagement across owned and earned channels. The ideal candidate is a creative, world-class writer with uncompromising quality standards and can motivate a team to consistently deliver high quality communications.

What you'll do

  • Lead a team of experts across con­tent mar­ket­ing, PR, design and cul­ture / employ­ee marketing
  • Dri­ve strate­gic com­mu­ni­ca­tions direc­tion and exe­cu­tion with inter­nal and exter­nal stakeholders
  • Own and extend the Flexe brand (visu­al iden­ti­ty, voice, tone) and devel­op mate­ri­als and tools that ensure con­sis­tent appli­ca­tion across Flexe
  • Posi­tion Flexe as the sup­ply chain and logis­tics thought leader through data-dri­ven con­tent and media
  • Col­lab­o­rate with the Flexe lead­er­ship team to estab­lish an exec­u­tive pres­ence / voice program
  • Mon­i­tor and mea­sure the effec­tive­ness of mar­ket­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions through dig­i­tal ana­lyt­ics, aware­ness met­rics, and oth­er key per­for­mance indicators
  • Part­ner with key Mar­ket­ing stake­hold­ers to dri­ve excep­tion­al cus­tomer and part­ner expe­ri­ences across dig­i­tal and ana­log touchpoints

Does this sound like you?

  • 10 – 15 years increas­ing respon­si­bil­i­ties in Mar­ket­ing, Mar­ket­ing Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, PR or relat­ed field with­in busi­ness-to-busi­ness tech­nol­o­gy or logis­tics industries
  • 3+ years expe­ri­ence man­ag­ing Mar­ket­ing or Mar­ket­ing Com­mu­ni­ca­tions teams
  • World-class writ­ing and edit­ing skills, with the abil­i­ty to artic­u­late a clear point of view on com­pli­cat­ed top­ics in crisp, con­cise communications
  • Excep­tion­al cre­ative skills includ­ing visu­al iden­ti­ty devel­op­ment, mate­r­i­al cre­ation and brand direction
  • Has the high­est expec­ta­tions and atten­tion to detail
  • Expe­ri­ence and com­fort in high ener­gy, ambigu­ous envi­ron­ments where tac­ti­cal and strate­gic activ­i­ties are dri­ven in parallel 
  • Abil­i­ty to think strate­gi­cal­ly and imple­ment ideas from ideation and devel­op­ment to mea­sure­ment and evaluation
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
