As a Senior Product Manager for the Flexe warehouse management system (WMS), you will utilize your technical expertise and product knowledge to create the industry’s first turn-key logistics platform. In this role, you will own user research in order to uncover customer pain-points and strategic business opportunities. You will lead a team of engineers and partner with our operations and commercial teams in order to deliver our complex roadmap of both product and process solutions. Your work will be a crucial part of unlocking Flexe's continued growth and top-line revenue. 

What You'll Do

  • Devel­op and own a prod­uct vision, strat­e­gy, and roadmap for the Flexe ware­house man­age­ment system.
  • Define mean­ing­ful meth­ods of mea­sur­ing success.
  • Part­ner with engi­neer­ing, mar­ket­ing, sales, and oper­a­tions teams to exe­cute your prod­uct vision.
  • Lead user research efforts focused at under­stand­ing inter­nal and exter­nal customers.
  • Become a domain expert in both the Flexe plat­form and the land­scape for logis­tics solutions.

Who We're Looking For

  • Exten­sive expe­ri­ence as a Prod­uct Man­ag­er or Tech­ni­cal Pro­gram Manager
  • Expe­ri­ence work­ing on ware­house man­age­ment sys­tems or equiv­a­lent tech­nolo­gies (e.g. mate­r­i­al han­dling system)
  • Expe­ri­ence with incor­po­rat­ing user feed­back and busi­ness strat­e­gy to design long-term prod­uct strat­e­gy and vision
  • His­to­ry of build­ing trust with key stake­hold­ers to align mul­ti­ple teams and deliv­er on strate­gic initiatives
  • Proven expe­ri­ence trans­form­ing mul­ti­ple solu­tions into a cohe­sive platform
  • Strong tech­ni­cal back­ground with a degree in com­put­er sci­ence or sim­i­lar field
