Q: So, how does this work?
A: FLEXE has built a network of over 750 warehouses across the US and Canada to connect companies that need additional warehousing space & services to companies who can provide these services. The FLEXE software platform matches shippers with warehousing providers that meet their desired project scope and criteria, and then all parties use the FLEXE platform to work together; scheduling deliveries and pickups, managing inventory, legal agreements & billing.

Q: Are there minimum requirements to utilize a FLEXE facility?
A: Yes, FLEXE has a $1,500.00 USD monthly minimum charge. Please note that not all FLEXE warehouse partners are willing to accept projects of this size and we can not guarantee acceptance or a project across our network of warehouses.

Q: What does the handling fee include?
A: The handling fee covers the warehouse’s handling of full pallets when they arrive and leave a facility – this includes moving pallets in to and out of shipper providing transportation. The pallet handing fee is paid upfront on a per pallet basis. This fee does not include cargo de-vanning, palletization, or other more complex handling requirements.
