FAQs About FLEXE Next-Day Delivery
Q: What is FLEXE Next-Day Delivery?
A: FLEXE Next-Day Delivery is a new, nationwide fulfillment solution that enables e-commerce brands to deliver goods to customers faster than Amazon Prime.
Q: Why is it needed?
A: Over the past several years, Amazon has spent billions of dollars building a distribution network from the ground-up, optimized for fast, efficient delivery. And they have massively benefitted from this competitive advantage.
Our Next-Day Delivery solution levels the playing field by providing e-commerce brands with a fast and cost effective way to ship goods to customers via next-day ground shipping – without any of the capital costs. FLEXE gives them access to vast network scale across more than 550 warehouse locations that are all connected through our single software platform for centralized control.
The ability to control the end-to-end fulfillment also helps e-commerce companies to build and establish stronger brands. For example, companies who sell their goods via Amazon’s site and have them delivered in Amazon-branded boxes, can now offer them via their own sites and in their own branded boxes with the same or better delivery speed.
Q: How much of the U.S. does the FLEXE network cover?
A: Our fulfillment solution enables e-commerce brands to reach 98 percent of the U.S. population via next-day ground shipping.
Q: How long does it take for an e-commerce company to be ‘up and running’ with FLEXE Next-Day Delivery?
A: In most cases, 30 days or less.
Q: How does the platform work? What are some of the specific features that would be useful to supply chain personnel at e-commerce companies?
A: Our cloud-based platform gives companies total control of the end-to-end fulfillment process – from identifying ideal fulfillment center locations, to delivering product via integrations with all major carriers. FLEXE integrates with all major shopping carts, provides inventory control, and enables dynamic order management to ensure the most efficient path from order to delivery.
Q: How many warehouse partners do you currently have and in what markets? What’s the plan for expanding?
A: FLEXE currently partners with more than 560 warehouses across 45 markets in North America and has plans for rapidly expanding its footprint throughout 2017. In total, warehouses in the FLEXE network represent more than 25-million-square-feet of space.
Q: What is the name of this service category and how big of a market opportunity does it represent?

In the U.S., companies annually spend $145B on warehousing services and are part of the $1.5T logistics industry.
